Please repack the object in its original packaging materials (unless the condition of the box prevents its safe return). You are responsible for shipping costs as well as the item’s safe return to giftsEclectic.com. We cannot accept pieces that have been damaged, altered or worn. Upon safe arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued to the card charged for your purchase, less initial shipping and handling costs, within 7 to 14 business days.
