giftsEclectic.com is based in Newcastle, California. Pursuant to state and federal tax laws, we are required to charge sales tax in the amount of 8.25% on any item shipped to a California address.
How is the artwork shipped? What is the cost?
giftsEclectic.com ships items based on your selection at checkout:
- Express Mail or Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service
- Ground, Next Day or Second Day Air via UPS
We will make every attempt to comply with your shipping choice, however, we reserve the right to select an alternative should your initial preference not be possible (for example, the post office will not deliver to a specified address). Calculations include processing and related overhead, and we have taken the liberty of adding protective coverage up to the value of the article(s) selected.
The cost is based on your location and shipping preference, and is computed prior to checkout.
When will my shipment arrive?
We attempt to ship your purchase(s) within 24 to 72 hours from receipt of the order. Depending on which shipping option you’ve chosen and your location, delivery typically takes from three to seven days.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, giftsEclectic.com ships only within the contiguous United States.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely – if you see a piece on the site which has either been sold, or it’s perfect but you’re wondering if there are other color, pattern or size options, please contact us: customerservice@giftsEclectic.com. We will get in touch with the artist and, depending on his or her availability, try to have an answer for you within a day or two. You never know until you ask!
Can I return my order?
All items are unique, and designed and handcrafted by our select group of artisans. Since our ultimate goal is our customers’ complete satisfaction, an item may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please repack the object(s) in its original packaging materials (unless the condition of the box prevents its safe return). You are responsible for shipping costs as well as the item’s safe return to giftsEclectic.com. We cannot accept pieces that have been damaged, altered or worn. Upon safe arrival of the returned item(s), a credit will be issued to the card charged for your purchase, less initial shipping and handling costs, within 7 to 14 business days. Protecting our patrons’ privacy is something we take very seriously. Customers’ personal information is NOT released to third parties. Specific details are requested from customers (address, phone number, email address, credit card number) for the express purpose of fulfilling orders, in case you need to be contacted with questions about your purchase, and email confirmation of your transaction.
